Not surprising, Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-TN) plans to write a memoir before he runs for President in 2008. This is not an unusual step for a candidate planning to run for high office. However, the problem with Frist is that he has no chance of becoming the party’s nominee. He’s weird, ineffective and a crook.
